About me.

I am Sam. At the Gut Hügle Group I look after everything to do with systems, and I work with other hotels on projects.

Properties, units and services come from my work for the Gut Hügle Group, the tokens from my own logs.

How we work together.

My work starts at the front desk and in accounting. I sit down with the team and build what is needed there.

  1. We talk for 30 minutes.

    You tell me which systems you run and where your team types things twice.

  2. I look at your systems.

    I check access, exports and interfaces. Then you get a proposal with scope, price and acceptance criteria.

  3. The first part runs within a few days.

    We start small and check the result against cases from your operation.

  4. We agree who looks after it.

    I can take it on, or your team can. Hosting and care are listed separately in the proposal, and if you like, everything runs in your own accounts.
